Refund Policy

Need to exchange or return a product? It’s easy and quick in four steps! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within five working days of receiving the return shipment. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Simple returns in three easy steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service. Send an email to Contact@kizrola.store explaining the reason for returning your package. They can assist you through this channel.

Step 2: They will send you everything for the return.

Step 3: Send your order

Send the items along with the address on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. Take a photo of your package and Track and Trace code and send it to our customer service. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that Kizrola does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package in good order, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
